MIC-6 is a collection of the advantages of many single alloys. It is developed to meet the high precision requirements of modern industry.

MIC-6 is individually continuously cast according to different thicknesses. Using the latest achievements of casting technology, melted.

Metal is continuously fed, eliminating the defects caused by gaps and joints. Since both sides of the plate dissipate heat at a steady speed, the thermal gradient of the aluminum plate is stable. The use of SNIF filtration method and degassing system ensures that the product is free of holes and impurities. Because of its granular structure and stress release characteristics after casting, MIC-6 can cut extremely small deformation at high speed. Using the correct processing method, the tolerance can be kept within 0.1 wire.  

Surface roughness:

The maximum of the two processing surfaces is 0.5μm

Thickness tolerance:

6.35-101.6mm/-±0.127mm

Plate tolerance:

The maximum tolerance of thickness 6.35-15.875mm is 0.381mm

The maximum tolerance of thickness 19.05-152.4mm is 0.127mm

When the temperature reaches 420℃, it can still keep as before.
